"This place has changed since I been here !!! I still live here and this place it really has ghetto and this place has been raising rent every year like crazy and they don't even update your stuff when you ask them they take too long. Not only that this place there's always break-ins in your vehicle the management is very poor that the grand kids that live with her are one of the problems that are being occurring here breaking into cars doing a lot of drugs too much..."
"This place is very overpriced and very undermanaged. Basically the ghetto of La Mirada with a roach problem that management will not tent the buildings to fix instead spray once a month that does nothing. Allowing dumping in dumpsters but do nothing to stop . Horrible place to live unless you like roaches"
