"Bathroom is disgusting. Top Shower looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. It’s dusty and dirty and just needs a good wipe down. The AC unit is super loud allowing to have a good night rest, impossible. Hallways smell like smoke."

"This has to be the worst room I have ever stayed period. To start on the good notes, the staff were very courteous, there is a microwave in the lobby, peets coffee and a full restaurant. Now the bad. I couldn’t take a bath in my room because there was no plug in the tub. The bathroom doorknob was broken and coming apart, the worst are how squeaky the bathroom door was. See the photo and video for yourself. I hope this room doesn’t represent the overall quality of the hotel."

"Rooms were ready at check in, clean, great breakfast and coffee kiosk. Newly remodeled, fresh and modern. Great mountain view from the room and cool sectional with sleeper bed, in our king bed room. Unfortunately our room had a big bleach like stain on the carpet and large soiling (orange color?) on the white lamp shade."

"The rooms are nice however mine was not cleaned properly. There was still a ton of hair from the last guest around the tub and bathroom. There’s only one entrance and exit which is weird and not safe. The 3 front elevators take FOREVER and they’re not clean. I ended up getting stuck in the pool elevator. I told a staff member who just said “sorry that happened” but didn’t check out the elevator. I ended up having to take the stairs throughout my stay. This was the most expensive holiday inn I’ve ever stayed yet it was the absolute worst! Never coming here again."

"The first room we got was not well kept there were bugs and stains on the bed sheets. They gave us a new room which was better. But still room wise nothing great. Breakfast was great could've been better. Service was good everyone was nice and helpful. Location is far but still great for the hotel."
