"Rosebeach apts were a lifesave during our house hunt and transition. We lived there a year and loved the layout, the area and the pool. Everyone we met there was really cool too. I loved that period of my life. Reco.mend for anyone that wants affordable but nice."

"Not all but most ppl here are rude. I also dislike the person that reported my car for blocking theirs ???? There’s no parking in these apartments! As a woman I feel werid and scared having to walk about 7-8 mins away bc of that person that reported me…when I never blocked any car! Only car I was blocking was my husband car and a wall and they also complain about my dog barking…like it only barked like 3 times in a day…"

"If you want to move somewhere where your looking for all above - doesn’t fix any issues - poor management - can’t get in contact with management - dirty - car break ins - get charged for every single thing - also love that everything is broken down all the time Then this is a place for you (:"

"So I use to live here and I wanted to warn any future residents thinking of moving here or currents residents residing there. As a single young mother with a 2 year old my car got broken into 4 times… one time my daughter fell asleep driving home from the movies and I carried her upstairs(left my purse for about 5 min in the car so I could put her to bed) and someone stole my purse with 2000$ in it which was my rent money… after that I got broken into 3 times. Every single time I called cops did the report and told management they didn’t care. I was terrified living here I felt targeted. Multiple times I saw a guy going through cars.. one time I came home late from work and literally seen another guy going though cars with a flashlight breaking into cars. Please BEWARE. This place is not safe!!!"

"- No insulation/ AC doesn’t work - Entire apartment flooded twice before they did anything about the issue - Bedroom window isn’t level so the shades don’t shut correctly. - Sliding glass door is 200lbs and won’t open unless you’ve had breakfast - SEWER WATER coming up from drains in kitchen sink and dishwasher... I’m not kidding, it’s actually black water… - Clogged bathroom sink EVERY TIME I shave my face… - RATS(“Maintenance will do nothing”) - FIRE ALARM TESTS W/O WARNING. 10/10 loved that. - Neighbors don’t pick up their dog droppings - Homeless/GANGS right outside the door - Electronic door locks will run out of battery - Entry gate is always broken or wide open for whoever (Example: Hispanic guy WAKES ME UP with his horn trying to sell me food from a cart through my bedroom window.) - Ceiling fan shakes VIOLENTLY - Vandalism of cars and property on the street - Management is never there, do not follow through on anything, and can only be bothered to ensure you’re not enjoying your stay. - Pay for a parking spot - People in the trash - Interior paint looks like a child did the job - Overall very UNPROFESSIONAL. These apartments have got to have the health department under their thumb, because there are serious issues. DO NOT RENT HERE"
