"One star is also very high for this hotel Donot book this hotel ever. Property is old . For sure won’t book any of these suites in my future vacations. 1. There is no washer and dryer . Simply asked me to go to laundromat which is just one mile away . 2. If you stay less than a week there is no house keeping. 3. There is no full breakfast That’s grab and go breakfast. Even there is no milk 4.bath tubs are dirty. 5. Utensils are greasy. 6. Utensils are smelling bad. 7. They didn’t kept shampoo and moisturizer in my room (which is a basic thing every hotel do) We paid 840 USD for 6 days and there were NO EMINITIES THEY SAID Donot forget to see attached photo of bath tub ."
"Hotel was convenient to where we needed to go the following day. The service was good at reception and the room was not bad. The shower however had mold along the top and there were hairs stuck to the shower wall. Obviously cleaning staff were not very good at their jobs."
"My reservation through Priceline for two double bed suites hit a snag at check-in. The hotel staff insisted that his system shows only one with 2 bed suite, leading to a room mix-up where the second room had a single bed instead. This discrepancy caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience, as it seemed like the staff may have been manipulating the system for their benefits. It was disheartening to witness similar issues with other customers too. The complimentary breakfast is a joke. The options included only packet oats, granola bar, and coffee. Additionally, the muffins seemed to run out early. The TV was also not working."
"Great location! Hotel on the other hand complete opposite of great! Hotel is super dated. Hallways smell like cigarettes and animal pee. Rooms were clean. This hotel needs a complete renovation. Parking lot was kinda sketching with some weird people hanging out outside smoking weed. Do not recommend this hotel. Plenty of nicer options."
"Basic room , very clean, kid in room upstairs was running back and forth all day, night and early in the morning until I checked out. Front desk people were very nice but suggestion. Don't put toddlers on upper floors because people trying to sleep and work below them are being tortured."
