"WhirlyBall is an exciting blend of bumper cars and lacrosse and basketball. You and 5-9 of your closest friends can slam into each other using bumper cars while your try to chuck a wiffle ball off the backboard. This complex serves bar food options as well as drinks. They have a few different indoor games as well as bags and bowling. The food is decent, but nothing too exciting. The staff is a mixed bag with some excellent service as well as some that are more interested in their phone. We booked this for a corporate event and we were thrilled with the flexibility and communication from the event manager."
"We held our corporate Holiday party at WhirlyBall in Brookfield last night- what an amazing event! The food was good and plentiful, the venue was super fun, and the staff was above and beyond great. Lexi was informative, helpful and attentive. Claudia was welcoming and eager to please. Both Joe and Tyler stopped by to check on us. The referee was fun and kept everyone safe. Our entire team enjoyed themselves. A comment that I found intriguing was "playing WhirlyBall forced our new employees and long term employees- most whom have never met- to communicate and interact". It was a great way to share the culture of our team!!! Thanks for making me look good!!!"
"I had a blast at WhirlyBall! We stopped in on a Monday night and it was laid back with only a couple of groups. The space is large with WhirlyBall courts, bowling lanes, other games, and bar area. This is such a great place for groups and people of all ages. We sat in the bar area for a little bit before heading into the whirlyball court. There was a brief safety talk and then we got playing. It was fun to get to know the game and win a couple! Excited to come back again!"
"Not a perfect 5 star review but worthy of more than 4 stars. First, the atmosphere is very clean and welcoming. There is PLENTY of space for your group to find comfortable seating. The location has two Whirlyball courts (think 5v5 bumper cars with each driver having a scoop ball thrower/catcher and trying to score points by hitting a basketball backboard-sized sensor), bowling, laser tag, and ping pong (table tennis). Whirlyball is surprisingly fun and laser rage got rave reviews from my group. You can also rent bags, jenga, or connect four. The appetizers are decent for bar food. There is an ample beer selection and some appealing mixed drink specialties. Improvements could be made with front desk training. It took two team members almost 4 minutes to determine if a time slot was open for Whirlyball. I observed similar struggles with other questions. And, one checked in there was a lack of communication about what to do next. The bar was understaffed with single bartender responsible for drink orders, food orders and then bringing out the food when it was ready, which caused longer than desired waits. However, other team members were happy to help out and the manager was readily available to help out. Still, the games saved the day and I would recommend the location."
"This is a really nice place to spend a few hours. Bowling, watching a game, having a beer or more, and really having a great time. I didn't play whirlyball but it seems really fun to play with friends. The HH special bites are great! Gutter balls are a really tasty snack, next time I'll have them with blue cheese dip and buffalo sauce. Boneless Buffalo wings for $5 at HH are also really good (I didn't have time to take a picture of these). I had a Fat Pug milk stout, really tasty and the name was so funny for me, and then I had a two women (that's the name of the beer), a malty flavorful local lager. Everything was beyond my expectations, I hope I can come back soon. Cici (sorry if I misspelled your name), Lauren and Drew were great hosts, both at service and conversation. Cheers to you! Thank you for a great time, beers and food. And I have to mention that I haven't seen beers on tap for $2 in a long long looooong time. I'm still pretty impressed about that."
