"I chose this place because of the great reviews I saw. I took my 10 month old son to get his first haircut here with Jamie. Jamie did a great job. She worked quick and anticipated my baby’s head moves. They offered animal crackers to my 2 year old who was with me to keep her busy and both her and my son got to pick a prize out of the treasure chest at the end (which my daughter loved)! Plenty of TVs and fun atmosphere to keep kids busy. The front desk staff member was also very friendly and patient with us. Will be back again for future cuts!"

"Customer service is great. Always friendly and flexible with scheduling. The facilities are always clean. Nice play area with toys and books to keep kids occupied. My son loves the seats shaped like cars, trains and planes. Great quality haircuts provided by competent, personable, patient ladies!"

"Although my son is not a fan of getting his hair cut, we were impressed by the efficiency of the stylist and all the distractions available to us to keep him calm. He loved the play area, which got him used to the environment since this was his first time at Pigtails and Crewcuts, and he got to watch one of his favorite movies while sitting in a train car. Excellent service and well worth it! He looks adorable!"

"Took my 5yo here for a haircut today, the place is pretty neat inside with lots to keep kids busy (and distracted, if needed). Jamie was our stylist, she was AWESOME! She listened to what we wanted and about some quirky areas where my child's hair is curly while the rest is straight. I told Jamie to do whatever made the most sense for my child's hair type. She was very nice and engaged my kid in conversation. We had a great experience, and thank you, Jamie!"

"We took my 2.5 year old son for his first haircut last week. I was so nervous. He typically doesn't do well around new people, and I wasn't sure how he'd tolerate sitting still or a stranger touching his hair. It all worked out perfectly. I showed a picture of the cut I was hoping for, and Savana nailed it. She also knew exactly how to communicate with my son to keep him at ease. She's an expert all around. I will say, I'm super happy we got Savana. We had an awesome experience, but I'm not sure we'd be as happy if we had the other hairdresser that was there at the time."
