"Perfect! Weather was perfect and NO Bugs and the pavilion was very spacious with bathrooms and a working kitchen! Outside HUGE spaces for playing on the grass and plenty of running. It was a perfect day for Kit Flying!! There were many picnic tables for all the guests! Playground area not far from pavilion. Plenty of parking. And there is No Fee Parking! Awesome Right!!"

"Outstanding place to host a party or get together! You must be a Brookfield resident to rent this space, but other than that stipulation, it's amazing! Always very clean when we enter, it's got great bathrooms for guests and a decent kitchen with a big fridge and sink. No other kitchen amenities though so don't plan to cook here unless it's an outdoor barbecue or something."
