Springdale West Apartments

"Don't move here This place have mice and they not doing nothing about it they have these boxes outside that catches them but how are they suppose to catch them when the box hole is blocked with grass they never change it all they do is put sticky traps in your apartment hell no don't move here you will live with rodents. I will be contacting the health department."

"Whoever this new girl is at the front desk is horrible she been here for months now and still don't know what she's doing. She don't answer the phones she have no skill to be at the front desk not friendly as if she is annoyed to even be at work clueless it's like she's never been trained and is absolutely clueless about everything. She gives out the wrong information she's very unprofessional. Train your employees because at this point i feel she lied on her application to get the job because she don't know nothing this is everytime i go in the office I'm shocked she still in there."

"This lady Connie called me for a unit supposedly about to open. Upon me coming I noticed and she told me she had appointments the whole day and next day. How many units do you have opening? Or are you doing some crooked just to get the cc money. 2 days or more of appointments from 9-4 pm. Every hour on the hour. Something ain’t right"

"I was raised in the Dales and a lot has changed that I'm sure im not aware of but that is still where many of us grew up at and for someone to talk bad about a place with speaking too the true natives who seen, heard and experienced it need to stuck the heck up because Springdale was the places where everyone raised each others kids as a family. That was our American village in the our city and you couldn't come in there thinking that your going to harm someone and get away with it and we are all still family; living there still or not we will always come together. It's always about the best of the West. Oh and by the way for stupid people who doesn't know the history or true sub division name; they are actually townhouses not apartments."
