Spacious 1 and 2 bedroom Apartments

"DO NOT MOVE HERE! BEWARE!!! today is my first day moving in, and i am already regretting my decision. these apartments are roach INFESTED. since moving in, i’ve killed at least 15 roaches - no exaggeration. rosa, the property manager, does nothing to maintain the property. there is trash everywhere and she just walks right past it (i saw this with my own eyes). why am i paying for trash service if it’s not being picked up?? additionally, the property management group (west star) and rosa morales (property manager) are completely dishonest in how they advertise these apartments. before i moved in, i was told that my apartment came with parking. the day before my move, rosa lied to me and told me that my apartment didn’t come with parking and that i would have to pay $100 a month for a garage. when i showed her the apartment listing which stated that it did come with parking, she said that i could have a garage to park my car. however, the garage isn’t big enough for anyone’s car and it was blocked so i couldn’t park in it if i wanted to. also, when she showed me the garage it was filthy. it was filled with dirt and trash and she said that she would have it cleaned and it still hasn’t been. all in all, i regret moving here and i hate that i had to work with rosa - who is also very rude and unprofessional - and weststar. i cannot wait for my lease to be over so that i can get out of this hell hole."
