"Would not recommending getting an apartment here they just keep raising rent every year for the past three years, but they can’t fix any item in their apartments. We have mold, running toilets, leaking faucets that we have notified them about. They also do a home inspection that they know what is going on and haven’t done anything but yet also they don’t do anything about the cars that park in the alleyway that block your garage door tand hey want to charge for a house. I am friends with other tenants and it’s the same exact thing. They told everybody they were going to fix things but all they did was paint the outside to make everything look new but everything on the inside is from the 60s."

"It is a good area. Its good for a starter family area too, if you can't get a house for yourself. But after a while it's too much. It's not easy getting repairs done, and when you do, you often get awkward and weird maintenance people you'd rather not have in your home anyways. Ive used the place for a while though - they seem to go through property managers at the pace of nearly 1 or 2 a year at times. I dont know what that's about. Some are competent, some are not. Again, its ok for a starter - but find a home you can buy while you rent here."

"We had a great stayed here about 2 years plus, we called it a home. The area is quiet and spacious. Thank you Julissa! She was helpful when she was still working as manager. The maintenance is good, but took so long to come and fixes the broken stuff many times. One of the oven stayed broken until we left about 1 year without it. The stovetop constantly not working properly either one is not heating at all. I recommend this area, we felt safe."

"I Moved into Stocldale Garden Villas Almost 2 yrs ago now and I have never enjoyed living in an apartment complex till I moved here. Julissa is an amazing Property Manager who hears your concerns small or big and is very punctual about getting back to you. Never had any issues with break ins or maintenance within the unit. I would Suggest this living expenses to family and friends for sure."

"We have had such a great experience here at this apartment complex thanks to Julisa. Back in June 2020 in the midst of a global pandemic and a baby on the way we were moved into an apartment smoothly within two weeks and a little housewarming gift left on the kitchen counter. She made rent drop off‘s easy and efficient with a in person or online hand-in option. The apartment was newly renovated so not much maintenance was ever needed. Recently we inquired about one of the bigger units and if there were any available and as soon as there was one she let us know and once again processed our application within three business days and now we will be yet again moved in quickly with no issues. Julisa has made renting here a breeze and I would recommend her management time and time again."
