"Moving here was a breeze. A women name Precious that works in the office made everything quick and easy for me and my family and I couldn’t be more thankful for her assistance. She is kind, professional, so helpful and on top of things. This is the best experience I have had moving and I couldn’t be happier."

"Please consider these apartments if you do not mind the following: 1. Car stolen, broken in or vandalized 2. Mail / packages stolen from your mail box or doorstep 3. Deal with neighbors who constantly complain about noises despite not being quiet hours 4. Pay for an apartment that is considered to be “luxury” but fails to provide proper maintenance around their facilities 5. Have no issue living with crickets as they are found all alongside the apartments. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these apartments. They are far from being luxury and the materials used inside are cheap and inexpensive. This is one of those times when you never judge a book by its cover. Management could care less if you property gets vandalized or stolen as they do nothing about the issues. From the time that I lived here I have not seen security patrol my side of the apartment complex."

"Terrible management have lived here 3 years, lots of riff raff around as well the homeless love scavenging here at night. Looks really nice but the materials they have used to build these complexes was mid grade at best. Also lots of vandalism, since I’ve been here motorcycles have been stolen from me and another resident, cars have been broken into and things stolen outta them. Overall it’s not been a good experience for a apartment complex marketed as luxury, also the club house is usually is complete disarray and the pool is not maintained like it should. If I pay luxury prices i expect luxury not this."

"Absolutely loved living at the Boardwalk. Management is kind, helpful and super friendly. I was here for a year and the complex was very well maintained. Hopefully the management continues to excel at making this community a great place to live!"

"Exceptional brand new apartment complex with Gated community. Opened in September 2019. Good 2-3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms floor plans with washer and dryer included plus new stainless steel appliances. Lots of parking spots and outdoor pool with barbecue pit. Also includes gym and kids outdoor playground. Management is very cooperative and awesome folks. Night security watch included. Very quiet neighborhood and nice living residents. Walking distance to Costco, CVS pharmacy, Starbucks and other small shops. Also few blocks to gas station and car wash service"
