"I love living here. I have been living here for a year. I feel quite safe here, I am close to three supermarkets and two gas stations. It is pretty quiet. The neighbors are friendly but mostly keep to themselves. It is close to a train track, but the train only passes twice a day and the noise it is no bother. What I mostly love about here, it’s how pet friendly it is. Love it!"

"The management is so rude . I feel like you can get a better apartment for the same price that is fully upgraded and will assist you. We recently moved out and received and invoice to pay more plus on top of that they kept our deposit. They just leave notes on your door and they don’t communicate with you at all. Too expensive, and it wasn’t all that great to be honest. The train would pass by and it was loud and the hobos will be in the trash can digging . What is the point of a gated apartment If anyone can just get in . These apartments are overrated and overpriced ."

"Too expensive,and it wasn’t all that great to be honest. They are nice but cheaply built.The train is literally right there, and it passes by all the time. It’s kind of a hassle to exit the apartments when the train passes bye you’ll be trapped for sometimes 15 to 20 minutes. Homeless people were stealing cans and hoping over the gate. The staff would write notes and put them on the door and never have a face to face with me. They put a note on the door when my cars tags were a month pass registration, they were threatening to tow my car, but they never had a face to face to get the details of my situation, which is just kinda rude and so unfriendly. But the thing that really irritates me is they charged full price during covid but none of the amenities were available. You’d be better off finding one for the same price somewhere else. I’m really not a picky person honestly but this place really thinks it’s better than it is."

"My youngest sister lives here and she loves it. I do however think for the price they pay they should have an upgraded apartment. The countertops are a weird black with specks of brown and beige, the shower head in the spare bathroom wasn't working so I had to use her main bath and the shower in there is definitely giving 1970's. The other apartments she looked at, the Boardwalks I believe, are around the same price and are fully upgraded, from countertops to flooring. She really wanted to move there but unfortunately there were no available units during her timeframe to move. It's a nice apartment nonetheless but again a bit pricey for what you get. Her neighbors above her also seem to never work or sleep the whole time I was visiting. It constantly sounds like they were stomping on purpose every time they got up. There's also no ceiling fans which is kind of strange since we live in a pretty hot area. Aside from that it's relatively quiet, the complex is kept up, and there's plenty of parking. No need to worry about the homeless sleeping in the parking lot as it's gated. It's also by a shopping center and lots of eateries which is nice. They also have security which helps me sleep better at night as her older brother. I'm just glad my sister is happy with her apartment but management should really look into updating the place. If tenants are paying the same price as newer apartments that should be reflected in the space."
