The Barn at Wagon Wheel Farm

"We got married at the Barn at Wagon Wheel Farm in October of 2023. We got so many compliments on how beautiful the venue is! Everybody loved it! The inside is basically the decor on its own and required very little decorating. The price is on the higher side in my opinion considering it does not include any other aspects of wedding planning. Chelsea was the best and most responsive. They really want your day to be perfect. They were there themselves the day of setting up for our ceremony! There are just a few things I'd like to point out to future bride and grooms. For the most part, selecting from the list of required vendors was no big deal. I did not love Bar Stars, but this isn't a Bar Stars review however you will have to use their service. Everything went fine on the day of with bar services, but they weren't the most responsive or friendliest to speak to. Regarding caterers, there is a fairly large list, however if you are limited in what you can afford it may make you even more limited. It is no joke to reach out to the caterer early. Our top 4 choices were already booked in January of 2023 for an October 2023 wedding. That very much limited what we could afford to basically one option. And that option was not someone we would use again. The food was great! But the process and communication with limited options because of the style of the venue made it harder. Lastly, Lake Geneva is really the closest town. finding hotels nearby was also difficult. Again, not the venue's fault at all but something to consider when selecting your venue. Overall, we had a great experience and would redo it again at the same place."

"First of all, I wanted to say that the barn at wagon wheel farm is the most amazing wedding venue! My husband and I got married there, Saturday, August 26, and the venue is what made our wedding. This wedding venue was so unique, rustic, and beautiful. We were able to have access to the venue Friday, Saturday, and Sunday which made my wedding day so stress-free. Not many venues offered this type of service. Also, there’s a gorgeous farmhouse on property that my bridesmaids got to stay in Friday night into Saturday which made a very smooth wedding morning. But most importantly, I do not have enough good things to say about the venue owners Chelsea and her husband James and their venue staff! Everything was set up on time and transitioned smoothly throughout the day. They were so easy to work with. Chelsea was a huge help with any questions you have with planning at the venue and the weekend of, I didn’t even need a planner. If you are looking for a rustic barn, wedding venue, this is a must!!! I don’t have one bad thing to say about this venue and how our wedding went. One of our biggest compliments was everybody raving about how gorgeous the venue was. Thank you!"

"Chelsea and her husband were so great to work with and this venue location was incredible! We got so many compliments throughout the day that this is the "most gorgeous wedding" that people had ever been to. Chelsea was so responsive to any questions I had through the planning process and was so great with all the little details during our final walkthrough. "My hubby and I got married here on 9/25/2021, and it was perfect! We booked the venue about a year and a half before our big day, and Chelsea was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. We were able to come back to the venue a few times to see it during the fall and get decorating ideas. I rented the house for the girls the night before which was perfect for getting ready bright and early the day of. My mom built a flower swing and Chelsea & James let us hang it from the main tree where people set up a lounge area. It was very cute and an awesome photo opportunity for us! They also have a barn of inventory that you can use to decorate for your big day! Loved everything about this barn and would highly recommend having your event here!"
