"This property is getting old. Beds, TV and in room fridge are past the time when they should be replaced. It backs up against an active railroad line and is next to a crossing so it can be noisy as well. The only positive is that it is the closest Hilton property to the businesses in Burlington."

"The room is seriously outdated, the shower was disgustingly dirty and the washroom smelled bad. The bed was uncomfortable and the duvet cover was slippery and kept slipping off the bed. The temperature control was a major issue as well, couldn’t keep a steady temperature, so we had to turn it off. The reception had a poor attitude, always complaining about something - which isn’t my problem if the computer is slow, or that you don’t know we’re things are kept or that the coffee is empty. The pool and hot tub were very dirty as well, according to people in my party who decided to check it out. Breakfast was okay, sure glad there was a waffle iron, which was the only saving grace. The only great thing about this hotel, is its location. Everything else is wrong. The walls are paper thin as well. Sure glad we brought our pink noise machine to drown out any sounds of people going up and down the stairs, and the trains that pass several times a night. We loved Burlington and it’s quaint shops, but we would never stay at this place and I would not recommend it either."

"I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn Burlington on August 26th for my wedding, and the experience was far from pleasant. From the very beginning, it was clear that this was not going to be a positive experience. Firstly, my wife had a terrible time trying to contact the general manager, Jeff. His attitude was rude and unprofessional, which was a major disappointment given the occasion. Our interactions with the front desk were equally frustrating. Linda had an off-putting attitude that immediately soured our impression of the hotel. When we requested one less room than initially booked, she assured us it would be canceled, yet we were still charged for a room that no one ever entered, and we never received a key card for. The rooms themselves were a letdown. They were small, outdated, and had a musty smell reminiscent of a damp basement – not at all what we expected for our wedding night. Furthermore, the hotel seemed to push for a two-day stay on Saturdays, which felt like an attempt to force extra expenses on guests. We were charged a whopping $200 per night for each of the six rooms we booked, which felt excessive for the quality of accommodation provided. The complimentary breakfast was another disappointment. It was on par with what you'd find at a gas station – flavorless and questionable in quality. Overall, I cannot recommend the Hampton Inn Burlington to anyone seeking an experience rather than just a place to sleep. This stay left a lot to be desired, and it did not meet the expectations we had for our special occasion."

"I used this hotel for accommodations for my wedding. The service, rooms and morning breakfast were great!!! The communication for room blocks was clear although I wish we could have had more! (guests booked fast!!). We worked with another local hotel to book more rooms and the experience was nowhere near Hampton! :) Location is great and no trouble sleeping."

"Wonderful hotel for my daughter's wedding! The breakfast was outstanding, ample hot food, plenty of seating, and very clean. The room was small but had EVERYTHING one could need. The parking was plentiful and right across the street from a FREE parking garage. This is not a budget place...and doesn't feel like one. Loved it!"
