"If you ask me, l would say DO NOT STAY in this hotel. This hotel gave me a reservation and l came around 4 pm to find out that the specific suite l reserved several days in advance had been given away to someone else. And they're supposed to have the quality of a Hilton? Do you think that the front desk would do something? Yes, they did. They offered me another suite that was even more expensive than what I originally reserved. I didn't stay. It was so disappointing after driving in such terrible traffic to get there. They ruined a special celebration for us. It is so upsetting. l am not coming back. There are many hotels that offer similar amenities and rates where you are treated better and with more respect. They should try harder to get and retain clients. After all, we are paying plenty of money for a service that they are not providing to the level they should. If you ask me, l would say DO NOT STAY in this hotel."

"Nice room for 2 beds. Pretty small but has a small fridge. But I would not recommend this place due to there filthy room floors. I mean make your feet black. I didn't know a would have the streets in my hotel floor. Also horrible t.v connection and no way to connect chrome."
"Have stayed there 3 times when visiting my brother in Oxnard. Rooms are good clean. I love the have that they're is a place to eat for breakfast & lunch I really do enjoy staying there."
"Classy experience, if it were 1980. The room didn't have a single fan, the ACs fan did not work. Plugs for phone chargers were loose. Minor to moderate damages in the rooms. For almost 300$ a night it's not worth what I paid for. Plus breakfast was $18 and not included. I had to run a load of laundry and for the entire hotel, there was ONE washer and ONE dryer. Each cycle took $1.50 in quarters. Nice that it was pet friendly, but I would not recommend to stay here to my friends just because it's pricey and does not reflect my standards of class. I will say: the "garden" had some pretty plants and had an older over-grown look that was nice. I peaked at the venue center and it was pretty! But yet again, the rooms are small and over priced for damaged goods."
