"I have been going to Kaiser for years, and I have always been satisfied with the care I have received. In the most recently times I been very disappointed in the service. Especially today the service I received at the pharmacy. The staff was unhelpful and did not seem interested in helping me find a solution to my problem. The pharmacist was particularly dismissive and condescending, and I felt that my ethnicity was a factor in their treatment of me. I am filing a complaint to member services to report my experience."

"Bad costumer service the pharmacist and her co worker keep talking about us a summing we can’t hear them they talk about customers not all I guess for being Hispanic she treat us they way she did since we walk up to her she started being rude to us it’s not the first time it happens it happen to my mom and bother too I don’t think any one should be disrespected such a way specially if my parents pay for there insurance and let me tell you it’s not cheap at all they pay so much a month to be putting up with this every time we need to pick up medication for my dad!!"

"I’m so appalled! My boyfriend who has struggled with insurances due to jobs. He had insurance and then he didn’t but did. He’s been given the run around. The nurse had the nerve to tell him, “insurance is a business, not a charity.” She says this as he is struggling in pain already approved for the meds and just trying to get them. Overall, she kept talking for about 30 minutes about the political stance and he now has to go back because he had to go to work and couldn’t stay to actually get the meds… hence why he was there in the first place. This pharmacy has been rude now 2x last time he was treated condescending by staff again due to the insurance confusion. I am lucky and as a patient I haven’t had to deal with this but it breaks my heart watching him be treated this way by health care people."
