"This store takes down its reviews! I left a negative review for an Incident I had with a worker named GISELLE last year in September and it’s been taken down. The experience was so negative that I remember her name, since she made sure to yell it at me, to this day along with her manager Maria who attempted to help with the situation. I asked the district manager to contact me since the experience was so bad and when he did, I was called late at night. He called twice and both times the calls were after 6:30 pm, but before 9 pm. Business hours are conducted between 9-5 so this just makes me think that they were trying to get one of their coworkers to call instead of having the actual DM call me. This store has extremely bad customer service. You’re better off going elsewhere."
"Went in yesterday for a return and to purchase a few items. The line was huge but moved fairly quick; the girl who helped me was Megan and she was the sweetest and very helpful - her manager was also kind. It was refreshing as usually I get snotty attitudes at Ulta. Especially at South Gate."
"There was loud music playing in one area and a staff member "dancing" while complaining about the pain she was in. She looked like she could hardly stand in her heels. It was annoying along with no prices on anything I was interested in. I had to pull out my phone to find the price. After that, I just decided to order it online from someone else because the price was better and they weren't blasting ugly music at me."
