"I am shopping for a used car. I have stopped in here a couple times over the past months. Both times I stopped, I had a sales person who said they just started working there and they needed to check with their manager to answer my questions several times. I’m still shopping."

"I recently bought a car through CarMax. I did not have the best experience. First I was given the wrong information on the phone. I was told everything was taken care of I just had to make an appointment to go pick up the car. And it would take up to 15mins. I was there for about 2 hours. The person who helped me wasn’t the smartest. She was also giving the wrong information and at one point told me I was denied and I was not. I soon after paid my down payment, and left with my car. A week or so later I got a phone call saying the loan place I was going through needed more information. This is information I had already gave the women I worked with. She made copy’s and all. I was already given an acceptance email through the loan place congratulating me for being accepted. I was allowed to pay for my car, and leave with it to then be told they need more information. They didn’t have a problem taking my money though did they. I overall was not satisfied with this place. I would recommend working with the Milwaukee team over the waukesha team. My mom got a car around the same time and had no problems at all."

They put me in a car I love. The only hiccup was on my end which they made work. However, when I went to test drive, found the trunk was full of leaves and had not been cleaned out or vacuumed.
