It was a divide and conquer moment and it was a success. It was delicious and way cheaper than buying charcuterie items at the grocery store. Definitely coming back during regular hours to look around more. They had a lot of cool items in the store."

"Had heard about this new shop and stumbled upon it while looking at ice sculptures for Janboree with my family. A well-balanced selection of meats and cheeses, lots of local WI products but plenty of not local as well. The gentleman working behind the deli case was eager to talk cheese with us and offer some samples. Cute selection of boards and cheese tools. Prices were very reasonable! I highly recommend!"

"Made a visit to this cheese shoppe for some goodies for family in Colorado. They love charcuterie - and this store has a ton of cheeses. Goat cheeses, cheddars, Gouda and many more. Only a few cheese curds though, so that was a little disappointing as far as a larger selection. They also have a selection of Mears for your board as well. Prices are reasonable, the staff is friendly and courteous. Check it out - nice place in the downtown Waukesha shopping area."
