"I have never had any issues with the store before. This isn't about the location but, the store policy on returns. I have never had to return/trade in anything before. I had originally bought ION shampoo and conditioner that did not work with my hair at all. When I bought the ION products, I received a free lunch tote. I went to trade in my ION products for Sugar products and about $20 was deducted from my return because of the lunch tote; even though I was paying just as much as a trade in......Does this sound right? I could see if it was a return but, dang. That really makes me not want to try anything new here or I might get ripped off if I don't like it."
