"If I could give her -100 star I would! She's horrible at what she does. She makes you feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I've done wax before, nothing like this. The way she works is horrible and incorrect. She was pulling the wax slowly to hurt me. She was trying to pluck a large area of hair and thats NOT what a customer pays for. I gave up a fourth of the way, because she was purposely hurting me. She shouldn't be qualified to do what she does, and I don't recommend her to anyone."
