"A shout out and thank you to Danny at the Devonshire, Northridge Walgreens. I went in to get a prescription filled and it was not in stock. I also learned it was not in stock at the warehouse. This was a huge deal as my prescription was quite important. He said he would try and locate it at another Walgreens - and he did!! Danny went above and beyond it is very appreciated!"

"The girl who works at the pharmacy was mean, and not helping, she didn't want to call the insurance company, and just ask people to buy the medication without insurance and “maybe” you can get the money back. The Pharmacist was there, she didn't ask the question. When the pharmacist left, she asked you to wait a half hour because the pharmacist is on break."

"Wow I’m not one to leave a bad review but wow. I called the pharmacy to ask questions about an inhaler and the pharmacist was trying to get me off the phone so quick. I have developed asthma and I’m having trouble breathing meanwhile she’s trying to rush me off the phone instead of actually trying to help. As I’m asking her she cuts me off and says she’s gonna put me on hold because she has other callers. I started having an asthma attack shortly after. I’m really disappointed and shocked at how rude that call was. Don’t recommend this pharmacy!"

"1star is too much for this pharmacy personnel. I was behind a man who asked for information on his prescription. A women was very rude in her response. She acted like it was an imposition to spend time on him. When he left and I stepped up she walked away and two other women walked by. One said as she breezed by that someone would help me as soon as possible. NOTE: no one else was in the waiting area or the script drop off area. There were ‘5’ people behind the counter and no-one appeared busy and were actually carrying on conversations. Finally a tall heavyset woman breezed by and asked what I needed. I had a basic direction question but she didn’t even give the courtesy of stopping to answer she just pointed and said over there. This place will never see me again and I’ll never have to see this place again. But I’m going to do better at checking review ratings. There rating is low, obviously others have had issues here. Boils down to poor management and training."

"I stopped by this Walgreens to do my FedEx drop off at their photo area. Finding parking here was easy because they are in a big plaza. I was able to walk in and go straight to the photo department. There was no one there but they have an assist button for you to press to get help. I personally think that adding the button was the greatest addition to the store. Within like a minute an employee came and scan the barcode on the box. They then ask for my cell number so they can send you the text with the confirmation. I wore my mask inside the store and it looked like everyone wore theirs as well."
