Gave me the runaround on ordering my prescription once confirmed and said I would pay the cost of the prescription because they don’t take coupons from the actual prescription companies. They just never ordered my prescription and left me hanging without medication. Staff is rude pharmacist Ziva should go back to school and learn customer service. This seems more like an illegal operation than a true pharmacy. Client beware"

"I have been a customer for quite a while (over 20 years) and I can only say one word about the service and quality of care - and that is “outstanding”. If I ever need to get a medication or have any issues this pharmacy and it’s wonderful personnel is ALWAYS able to assist me. I highly recommend this amazing pharmacy."

"Strangest pharmacy protocol ever. I’m a valley resident and there is a shortage of my meds at the moment. This pharmacy confirmed they have the supply but unless they know my doctor personally, they will not fulfill the prescription. My doctor being based in the valley isn’t enough - they must personally know him? The staff here refused to assist with any sort of alternative solutions and just hung up on me. Extremely strange and unprofessional to turn down a new patient/customer who is in need of meds this way. It feels contradictory of what a business in the healthcare industry should be providing service wise. Would highly not recommend and if you’re not already a regular here, don’t bother calling. Chances of them taking your script is absolutely zero. Disappointing and unprofessional."
