Valentine Court II is a new development located at 1760 McClelland Street in Santa Maria, California. This institution offers 68 one-, two- and three-bedroom units for low-income households and farmworkers. Pre-applications for Valentine Court II, also known as People's Place, are now available and due on April 1st.
