"It's just like any other simple apartment complex except [1] The Manager Is Hardly Here. [2] The Laundromat's Ok but When Summer Arrives. It Gets Too Hot In There. -*No Air-conditioning In Laundromat* [3] The Kids That Live Here Are Always Damaging The Washers and Dryers. Making a Mess and Not Only That but They Also Use The Laundromat as A Restroom. Doing Laundry Here Is Just Ridiculous. [4] Washers and Dryers Don't Work Properly. [5] People Steal Clothes from Other Tenants When Doing Laundry. [6] The Maintenance Here Is Just Terrible. He As Well Is Hardly Ever Here. Doesn't Finish The Job, Doesn't Properly Repair Whatever It Is That Needs Fixing. [7] No Wheelchair Accessibility Parking. [8] Low Income & They Accept Section 8. [9] The Maintenance Doesn't Properly Depose of Left Over Material. The Kids Also Play With Those Hazzardess Material from Getting Them Out of The Dumpster."
