"Moved in almost 2 months ago and submitted a work order the day I moved in for some stuff that had to be fixed I have talked to office atleast 7 times and nothing ever gets done… I was also told the apt had new carpet and i have been dealing with bedbugs since i moved in for this reason I wanted to check and inspect the unit before moving in but they did not allow me to do so untill I signed paperwork. I would expect a lot better service since we do pay a lot for rent here."

"Caution to anyone visiting: they will tow your car without warning and because they are private property and employ a private towing company, they are allowed to do it and do it often. Their signage is not clear and will set you up to be towed. recaución para cualquiera que visite: remolcarán su automóvil sin previo aviso y, debido a que son propiedad privada y emplean una empresa de remolque privada, se les permite hacerlo y lo hacen con frecuencia. This complex notoriously does not have parking for visiting guests. I, a guest, parked in the front of the complex to visit a friend for a few hours, came out and my car was gone. I parked in the future resident section because there isn't close street parking and the guest lot was full as it always is. It was early morning and there were plenty of empty future resident spots in the lot. Not a single sign out front of the spaces indicates that it is for future residents ONLY and that your car could be towed. If the sign clearly communicated this, people would know not to park there. So my car was gone and I go in to the office to understand where my car had been taken and am confronted by an incredibly rude receptionist who told me that the information regarding parking was in my friend's lease. Awesome, since I didn't sign this lease nor do I routinely read my friend's leases before visiting. I tried to also talk to the manager who was equally rude. Again, even after my car had been towed, there were multiple future resident spots empty though I wouldn't recommend anyone live here if this is how they chose to treat guests. This cost me over $450 and hours of my day that I didn't have to waste on this absolute ridiculous situation created by the front desk staff who must have been bored. Towing peoples car has real financial impact and shouldn't be done lightly but apparently that is just how this apartment complex choses to do business. Shame on you."

"Update: have not received initial deposit back yet. We did receive an estimate for 8 hours of cleaning, painting, and carpet cleaning tho. What's cool tho is during the exit inspection, the inspector said it's one of the best units he's seen in terms of cleanliness. After doing some light reading of CA rental rights ("which there are plenty of btw") it looks like they may be in violation of charging for things like "general cleaning". I hope they resolve the situation before the need to to escalate. Spent 1.5 years there. Not bad service but got very expensive towards the end. Area isn't great and we had some packages stolen. But the neighbors and community is pretty cool. Don't expect luxury but also the staff treated us well"
