"Moved my daughter in last week and was impressed with the condition of her apartment. Great start for her 2nd year!!"
"As a parent, I totally would've paid to rent a golf cart to help my kid move out of the dorms. The kids are used to walking those hills, not parents. Not I said the fly! Lol we love it here!! Great place to live, work, and study! Highly recommend. The apartments are perfect."
"The facilities here are very good. Cleaning crew cleans once every two weeks, only the common spaces, not the personal rooms. Safety is very good with key card access only for both apartment door and building. WiFi service is also good, but sometimes unreliable (rare). There are two parking structures for cars, plenty of bike racks sheltered and unsheltered, four food court options, as well as recreational volleyball field. You'll also find a key card access pool along with plenty of benches and green space to sit down and relax throughout. Beware of you are in the Gypsum building and are using AT&T networks, there is very poor, often non-existent signal strength. Other than that, this is a very nice place to live with lots of opportunities to meet, play, and learn with others."
"Oh my gosh! If you haven't taken the hike up to the architectural graveyard, you are missing out. Easy, beautiful hike. Unique architectural design buildings. So fun and great for the whole family. My 5 year old grand daughter walked the whole trail and had a great time exploring the structures. Trail head starts right behind the Village."
"This is a really really nice place to live!! I love the small plaza, which has eateries and residence offices that really do include everything you might need. Small shortage of bike racks but nothing that causes any major inconvenience. Mailing Center is usually pretty efficient. The actual apartments are very nice! Plenty of space for a college dorm and a nice enough kitchen. My only real complaints are 1) it's pretty far from main campus, which makes it kind of annoying if you need to go back and get stuff between classes. I've also found that the distance encourages me to eat more campus food when I'm in main campus rather than going back and preparing a meal. 2) The other complaint is that there is no common room to bond with the people you live with. I honestly only know like four or five people in my building besides my apartment-mates. Besides that, I love living here. Would highly recommend if you want an apartment lifestyle."
