Sadly involving the refill of a same prescription, filled incorrectly, or not on time when their computer service notifies you the prescription is ready. Rarely an apology either. What a shame a person can't have reliable and courteous service on their hometown."

"For years we have gone here and each time it was a minimum 20 minutes of waiting. Today was by far the worst experience we called around noon to have them filled we showed up around 3:30 as we sat there we got passed off to different employees as the line behind us grew longer and more impatient. Finally I managed to get someone's attention and asked what the h*ll was taking so long we ended up in an argument and she told me to leave the way I came sorry can't do that because there is cars behind us. We left at 4:30 UNACCEPTABLE!!"

"Horrible service these people take a half hour to count out pills each time my family went here. And we would always call hours in advance. Needs to be ran better. This company lost a whole family as customers!"
