"Harassment, privacy violations, maintenance nonexistent. I’ve had so many times my safety has been in danger because of the management here. I’ve been verbally abused and have had countless guests harassed due to just trying to provide services or even friends. Gives strangers, grown men PTSD, the manager who is a step brother or whatever to the landlord walks around like a drug fueled attack dog and harasses everyone not just young women weirdly. Watched his ring camera when I was taking out the trash to come out and violate an legally binding accommodation letter chasing me and attempting to intimidate me, if I wasn’t on the phone he would’ve taken physical assault as an option to intercept me from my own apartment. Have tried entering my home without knocking, the manager entered my home without making a sound up the stairs (that creak loudly no matter how small you are) at a time screaming my name. Very aggressive, had organized dates for “inspections/maintenance” on weekends, only for excuses to do weird intimidation tactics like breaking things, covering mold with sealant, digging through my garbage and my drawers. Tried to enter my bedroom and tried to take advantage of the fact I am disabled, small, and a woman. Retaliatory after making their bed with years of harassment, code violations, etc. Do NOT move here if you care for privacy, safety, or architecture that is up to code. Creepy, unsafe, violating management. I’ve even seen the manager writing a review saying the management changed when it never did and it was him. They will violate written accommodations for disabled people. They only care for money and being entitled to act as aggressive as they feel like being that day. Everyone can talk politely on the phone, please be safe, do not move here. Such an unsafe atmosphere. Wish I didn’t have to write this review. People are trying to have housing, if you are angry go punch a punching bag don’t use tenants as targets for whatever emotions or beliefs you have. Besides the people who “own” the property making it completely unpleasant, unsafe, and nothing but distressing. All you can hear are cars and drunk/loud college students. The walls make it easy to get heat illness in the summer there is no air conditioning. You can hear anyone walking in the apartments beside you and the ground will shake, the walls are basically paper thin, the carpets have been piled on top of each other to cover god knows what. They paint, seal, and cover everything they do not actually renovate or make the housing actually habitable. Everywhere you step will creak and your neighbors will probably hear it like I said. The doors have a lot of space under/around them that connect the apartments to the outdoors. If this place was rebuilt it would potentially be habitable however that won’t happen with how the management uses their money. Again I wish I didn’t have to write this review and will probably have retaliation for it, their mob mentality and all, but I’d say three years is a good time to get to know a place and how certain factors operate. Stay safe everyone! Happy housing hunting, good luck. :)"
"Nope"
"The one and only negative review was written by a disgruntled past manager who abused his position, and broke more complex rules than enforced them. This apartment complex is perfect for Cal Poly and Cuesta students. These are all two story one bedroom Townhouses, and it has a large bedroom suitable for two students to share, a huge closet, and storage cabinet in the bedroom. It is walking distance to Cal Poly, and convenient to shopping and restaurants. The small family owned and operated complex now has professional management after the bad experience with the previous unprofessional manager, and all current tenants say they feel safe, and well taken care of."
