"Speechless. They were trying to seize almost all deposit even we returned a neat unit to them. Not a decent business. Will bring them to the court soon."
"I really enjoyed living here. The apartments are very nice, and well-maintained. The complex has a laundry facility, a recreation center, a fitness center, a pool, a spa, and computers/printer for residents to use. Madison and Jessica in the office were great to work with and always communicated efficiently and in a timely manner."
"What you won't be able to tell from the website is that the design of the buildings has the individual apartments laid out in a manner that reduces noise between units. So, life is quiet and comfortable inside. The staff are super nice and take care of any needs very quickly. Friendly neighbors and a pro-dog policy make for an awesome place to live."
"Love living at de Tolosa Ranch Apartments. Our apartment is great with lots of windows so we always had great sun and a view of the Irish Hills. The apartment's so we did not bump into each other like most apartments. The apartment was on two stories with the bedrooms upstairs, nice, when I wanted to watch TV late. There were two bedrooms with a bathroom for each, another half bath next to the washer dryer; which was very well located near the kitchen and living area. We looked for a couple weeks before deciding on this apartment. It was clearly the best apartment community in town. Newer, with lots of amenities. Pool, hot tub, gym, game room. We use everything. Walking distance to the Laguna Grill and other great restaurants and could walk to Home Depot in 10 minutes. The manager was great, we got a stopped up toilet one Saturday night and they came out right away. We have lived in several apartments, this is by far the best. One of my favorite things was the attached garage for my car and bike."
"I lived here for 2 years, they charged me for my service animal and increased my rent mid-lease. They deactivated my fob to use any amenities (while i was out of town for work) and I still don't know why. I gave notice, after my rent was increased, was told they had an entire waiting list of replacements and it would be no problem. Now Im getting bills for rent for not living there, and dont even bother cleaning if you move out because they still take your deposit. Rude new management. (Maintenance guys are cool.) No where to park. Loud college students taking over. 10+ missing packages. Laundry facilities are getting run-down. Bathrooms were vandalized within the last year or so. They look all nice and pretty with their pictures of updated units and their pool and hot tub (that is often broken) simply not worth it. You can get an entire house in SLO for the cost of their studio apartments."
