"It's hard to get through to the right department. The phone menu is not accurate: you end up at the front desk if you hit 5 for aquatics. Then I got tranferred, spent 8 minutes on hold listening to classical music before realizing nobody was going to pick up the phone to answer my question. I will try again on Monday or stop by this weekend to talk to a live person and hope they work on the weekends."

"Upon my visit to the YMCA in Woodbury, it was quite a surprise to learn about a girls-only gym, especially since the assumption was that their facilities were gender-neutral. Interestingly, they mentioned an incident as a justification, but a little digging and conversations with numerous people revealed no such incident ever took place. It's curious how the narrative changes, isn't it? Seems like honesty wasn't a priority in this case."

"Very clean but also very noisy. This place prides itself on maintaining equipment and making sure everything is safe. I will say though, working out during basketball times can be stressful as they are very very loud. The personal training and the gym here is excellent though!"

"Been going here for years...the facility is always clean and has gotten better over the years with new equipment, and updated elliptical machines, and everything has a screen on it for you to watch whatever while your working out which is nice. They also provide towels for members which I really appreciate, and the staff are all pretty nice."

"Nice space and equipment. Open floor plan with screaming kids in the basketball gym is very loud all the time. Good opportunity for the kids, pain for everyone else."
