"Before I get into the cons of this complex, the assistant manager Lolita Was very friendly. I hate to leave a horrible review however possible new tenants should have a clue. This complex is far from clean, the minute you step on the property all you can smell is animal urine. We basically moved in on a Saturday and moved out that Monday and recite our deposit, rent and holding fee back with no problem. The manager didn’t ask any questions, probably because they could be sued at some point. The apartment want clean, it smelt like animal urine. We found fur inside of the refrigerator and old water and food floating inside the dishwasher. The list goes on and on, the assistant manager admitted to me that she had not done her pre move in walk through. ::Huge Red Flag:: I have attached a few photos... There are so many apartments in Monterey County that are cheaper, clean and don’t smell like urine. Glad we dodged that, even though it caused headaches, at least I can do is spread the word and photo."

"Not the best apartments to live at. Especially if you have children. Yes there is a lot of children living here but its not exactly safe for them. And no one really cares about safety or anything really serious. They don't like hearing your complaints but yet they dont solve the problem. Its kind of a joke. Also make sure not to hire the maintenance, unless they changed it. One, they wont ever do their job all the way, saying "I'll come back after lunch." And never coming back. Or finishing the job. Two, when the maintenance gets in trouble they try to lie to you, or about you to the management, and they are completely rude. If you want to be stuck in a dead end place, come here. And goodluck."

"Ive never been a victim of bank fraud until I lived here. Somebody issued a personal check using my personal info. Then couple of months after that, someone opened a credit card account @ homedepot in Southern CA using my personal info again. Never ever use personal check when paying your monthly rent. Or just stay away from this place!"

"The place is a mess the staff was so unperfecional a tenant stole from me my entire backpack, and that was the only thing in the filthy dirty apt. The day we finally got the keys to move in after promising that the exta Month delay they would pay for our motel 6 , (yeah right Liars ) anyway we walked in it smelled left the door open while we checked it out and there was bugs dead and alive in kitchen which was just in a they call Great Room more like Discussing Room OMG I am going to wrap this nightmare up with at least they gave us almost all our money back the same day we got the keys !"
