7 Moreland Apartments

"One bed room appartments hae a clsoet attached to the bath room with no door. It is just an open door way and there is no vent in the closet. Mold grows daily in the closet and they claim that it is up to code because there is a fan vent in the bath room. There are two, two bed room appartments and the downstairs neighbore complains and harasses neigbors frequently if any sounds happens. They ahve complained to neighbors to the sides of them us directly above them and to both neighbors to the sides of us. The down stairs neighbore has yelled at us when we are leaving and approached me when getting out of my car coming home from work. This neighbor pointed at me as I drove in said and I quote "I have talked to you before and I was gonna let it slide but you disrespected my woman." I cut them off and said we are not having this conversation with out an intermediary observing. The neighbore said "We are going to have this conversation." I cut them off and said no I am going to call the police and walked home. This was the day after his wife yelled at us around 11 am when leaving the appartment. They have insulted us for not being able to keep our infant quiet 3 years ago while playing and changing her and continue to harass us freely regardless of complaining to the property managment. They slam the ceiling all the time whether its mid day or 2 am. I have called the police who do nothing and now they are recording the sound of us moving around inside our appartment. The appartment has no sound insulation horrible structral stability with the floor sinking as we walk and creaking loudly. The walk ways out side have nails that pop up. Neighbores infested the place multiple times with fleas. We complained for months about bugs and finally they listened after arguing about what type of fly was infesting the property. Would bars that protect one from falling on walk ways were missing for months and there brand new washer drier room already has broken equipment that melted our clothing. They have sent out a handy man to fix electrical wiring who said this should have been sent to a electrician. Everyone smokes on property even though in the rental agreement it says you can not smoke on property at all not even in the parking lot. Horrible place to live."

"The neighbors are nice and the area is quaint and peaceful. The on-site manager is the definition of passive aggressive and is a nightmare. The Property Manager at the Property Management Company (Mangold Properties) and the staff there are great to work with. They are responsive, understanding, and make you feel like they 100% understand that the tenants should be treated fairly and with respect. The on-site manager should not be the face and representative of the Property Management Company at this apartment. I’ve heard a couple other tenants talk about her very negatively as well. Their comments were unsolicited and one said, “be careful since she can make your life miserable like she’s done to others.” Unsolicited comments and feedback like this shows me that my experience isn’t an isolated one. Didn’t realize the other Google review even existed. That review says the same thing. Trend of negative feedback = truth."

"The onsite property manager and her husband are absolute nightmares. They are negative confrontational people that act like rejects from the stanford prison experiment. Approach this place with caution."
