"Update: maintenance comes in when you’re not home and takes things.They also constantly are leaving 24 hour notices to come inside our garage, seriously we get one of these notices almost every other week. Then sometimes after waiting for four hours they don’t even want to look in the garage.The maintenance people are rude and don’t know how to fix anything and management is now trying to bully a new tenant in our complex into giving up their garage because they think that they’re going to put units where the garages are. It is a pretty inexpensive deposit but that is the only upside here."

"Maintenance team never came around to fix pre-existing issues from the previous tenants. We complained about our broken door, broken stove, and a our dryer that could only be used twice in a day because it would over heat! The apartments look nice but try living in them and you quickly can figure out all of the issues. I do not recommend."

"Do not rent from this place, the apartments are very expensive and also have an EXTREME COCKROACH PROBLEM! If you don’t like pests that crawl all over everything you own, and you don’t like paying a ridiculous amount for a one bedroom apartment, then this is not the place for you."

"This apartment complex has a serious COCKROACH INFESTATION! My friend lived here for 5 years and the management is terrible. They were aware there was a problem and chose to ignore it for the most part, only sending an exterminator after numerous complaints. They even raised the rent. Beware this place isn't as nice as it looks."

"Everyone was nice and friendly. The apartments are clean, updated, spacious and we love the hardwood floors. It is a great location. The local businesses are awesome and there is a farmer's market at the nearby shopping center on Sundays, which I was surprised it wasn't shared to us before we moved. With the renovations, we experienced no problems with pests or insects. We had awesome neighbors who kept to themselves therefore noise issues were never a problem too. The only issues is: cost. It's pricey and it's why we had to leave. Due to our apartment future renovation, coming back to our apartment will be too expensive. At least we enjoyed the little time we were there."
