"Resident for 1+ years, the house is in a great location and close to the university. I was able to sustain living alone for a year, but they’re not afraid to jump the prices on you after the first lease, so I had to pick up a roommate. Maintenance requests are answered pretty fast. Prepare to install your own forms of lighting, all the main rooms do not have any of their own. Not much else to complain about except the manager tried to get my guarantor to pay for rent behind my back (before it was even due). Just be careful knowing when and where your money is supposed to go."

"I lived here for a year in an updated unit. It was very comfortable and my neighbors were great. There are a mix of college students and families and professionals. Pretty quiet, nice setting. Convenient to everything and they take pets!! I had a conflict with management regarding my deposit but I filed a complaint and they were responsive and worked through it with me. Santa Cruz has just gotten so crazy expensive I moved to near the beach in Florida for half the rent and it was a good decision. If I had stayed my rent would have gone up 10%."

"I greatly enjoyed my time at Westmont. The living space was clean and there was plenty of room for storage. The townhomes are 5 minute walk from the base of campus and the surrounding neighborhood was pretty quiet. The nearby park is a nice place for walks."
