"Dr. Dwelle and Paula are fantastic but if you want helpful staff.....forget about it. They refuse to help. I have been asking for a week for immunization records but nope. They cannot send them over. I am out of state trying to register my kid for school. Doesn't matter. They won't budge. Now my mother-in-law has to drive over there, almost an hour away, to pick them up. Ridiculous! Be aware that if you take your kids here the office cannot do anything for you at all."
