"After moving out from a not so great property, I finally found a place I felt comfortable living in. However, I've slowly have been let down by services. I addition to the complaints posted on google reviews, (all true by the way). Office personnel are quick to shut down your concerns, and are unavailable when you need them the most. Asphalt repairs have inconvenienced many residents on Sunday. The daily updated map was erroneous. Posted signage was not clear. Parking spots on the map labeled safe to park were NOT. No help from the office due to it being closed on Sunday. The towing company was not very helpful either. I understand that repair dates have had to be rescheduled due to the weather, but why on earth block most of the resident parking? There is no near street parking for this to accommodate all those cars. After contacting management, there was a lack of interest to help residents, and felt like an inconvenience to ask for help. For a hefty rent price, I'd expect better management and help. @MG I emailed as requested following up your post. I've recieved ZERO follow-ups in a few days now...."

"We've lived at North Pointe for over two years and are very happy with our stay so far. Neighbors for the most part are very friendly or keep to themselves which has made it a quiet stay over the years. The management and staff at North Pointe really make an effort to make tenants feel welcome and heard with concerns. They're also friendly and professional when communicating with which is a big plus for us having lived at other not so friendly communities in the past. Like any community you'll have the occasional maintenance issue but they really make an effort to take care of you and other maintenance issues around the property as soon as possible."

"Hey everyone! So we moved in to the apartment a little over a year ago and we recently moved out. Overall this apartment are alright. The rent and additional feeds to live here are insanely high and the service to the tenants like house repairs and what not is horrible. When we first moved in we had bad water damage from the ceiling and it took them almost a month to get it fix. We also put in like five to six service request for the same window because every time they came to fix it, they “made it work”. If you have any issues or questions they ladies at the front office will make sure you know that it is what it is and they don’t care. Side note. Our neighbor’s AC went out and they ended up moving out due to management taking forever to fix it. If you plan on moving out of this apartments keep in mind that you will end up paying about half the rent even if you moved out within the first few days of the month. They will also charge you about 300 bucks for a repaint of the apartment so I strongly suggest anyone considering moving here to demand and make sure your apartment is freshly painted because I know ours wasn’t. The only plus about living here was the people. P.S you will even have to pay a monthly fee even to pick up and receive your packages. I don’t recommend anyone to move here."

"The apartments themselves arent so bad. Id say the problem is the garbage cans, dog poop, the front office, parking, and the luxer one package system. The garbage is always over flowing by the weekend. When I first moved in I thought maybe the dumpster closest to me was just the busiest so I drove around to different ones and it was a collective problem. They all were filled to the brim and then people just start throwing their garbage on the ground. I started to think it was funny at first so I would take pictures of it but the comedy wore off after awhile. The dog poop obviously isnt specifically the property but they dont really enforce the rules they just send out a mass email stating lease policies to everyone if theres ever a complaint instead of being direct. Plus side is they also hire someone to pick it up so it gets done eventually. Another downfall is the parking situation, if its the weekend at night and you need to park in an uncovered spot good luck. But on the plus side they are really good at towing vehicles. I say the front office because they never pick up the phone. But they are pretty good at replying to emails. The luxer one package company they use is a good idea. But its been broken into and had packages stolen multiple times while I lived here. Also some of the delivery drivers just throw your packages on the ground anyways and give you a code for a locker thats completely empty. Also just as a side not I picked this apartment because of the gate, I thought it was extra security. Its just a false sense of security, people just wait to get in. And the gate was broken the first six months I lived here and then when they changed the system they didnt give any warning so I couldnt actually get into the gate when they did fix it until I went to the front office who acted like I was inconveniencing them when I asked about it. The gates been broken multiple times since but it gets fixed much faster now. Also once my year lease was up they increased my rent by $270 so also not cool for that. Considering the apartments are already pricey. Oh I also forgot that when I first moved in my apartment was infested with flour beetles but with weekly visits from the pest control they eventually went away. Oh also I gave this as many stars as I did because maintenance was actually really good. That was the highlight of the property. They were always super quick and helpful."
