"WORST place I’ve ever stayed at. When I got there the room was so disgusting and dirty. When I had asked him to change me to another cleaner room, he kept being aggressive with me and asking why I wanted to switch and if I’d touched anything in the room before he was able to switch me. When we switched to the other room, the only difference was there was wood flooring instead of carpet. It was still very nasty inside. I highly advise you take your money elsewhere! I’ve had better stay at motel 6! They really need to change the night worker (older man) to someone else. Because he doesn’t know what customer service is! Not to mention, the room was definitely not cleaned properly."

"The beds SQUEAK!! Hope you're not a light sleeper, toss & turn on the bed, and it'll probably wake you! Right off the freeway, so easy access, but do something to upgrade... Paint, landscaping, get rid of the boat storage."

"Very poor experience. Would not recommend. We reserved 3 nights. We informed the front desk twice, on two different days, that the first night will be a no show, and that we will keep the reservation for the next two days, and we were told "thank you, see you for the remaining two nights". However, when we showed up at the check in, we found out the reservation was canceled all together. The front desk had us make a new reservation (at a higher rate). The manager was not cooperating, and did not refund the first night as promised. We only reserved this place because of its location; we knew right away that amenities are 2 star (as rated). However, we did not expect the service to be below poor."

"I'd been coming into this particular location 5 yrs ago. Whenever I'm in town here in Vacaville, I would always booked here. But last night, I was so horrified to see, how this place has changed after pandemic. The rooms are run-down. Furnitures are worn off, disgusting and I can't sit on them. I was so disappointed! I requested to changed rooms for 3x because the 1st two rooms I got was absolutely no safety. On the first floor, with the bathroom window wide opened, no lock and no screen. It was a huge window, a full adult human being can get through it for easy access into my room. Then we got transferred to the 3rd floor, with better safety measures. But the room was absolutely dirty! The bed was okey with clean sheets but I sanitized them with lysol spray. I was too exhausted from 10 hrs driving from Washington State. I just need a room to sleep in and recharge for me to be able to drive back to Los Angeles City, California. I will never book at this hotel ever again! I give it a 1 star..."
