"My stay at Park Central Apartments left me with a mixed bag of experiences. While there were certainly some positive aspects, several significant drawbacks made it a less than ideal living situation. Let's start with the negative aspects that stand out prominently. One of the most frustrating aspects of my time at Park Central was the aggressive approach taken by management when it came to returning the deposit. They cited "aggressive cleaning" as the reason for withholding portions of the deposit, which left me puzzled. It would have been much more helpful if they had provided a detailed breakdown of what this term entails and what specific issues led to these deductions. Transparency in this regard is crucial for tenants' peace of mind. Living near the Jackson side of the complex brought its own set of challenges. Every morning at 4 am, residents were subjected to the disruptive noise of garbage cleanup. This daily early morning disturbance could be a deal-breaker for those who value their sleep and tranquility. Noise was a recurring issue, with loud sounds emanating from nearby bars that disrupted the peace and quiet. Living on Jackson side expect to hear loud arguing from the bar and also a lot of drunk people. What was even more disheartening was the management's response, or lack thereof, when alerting them about noisy neighbors. It appeared that they were unresponsive or unable to effectively address this ongoing concern. In addition to the challenges posed by nearby bars and noisy neighbors, another noteworthy disturbance was the annual sorority rushing process. While the initial singing and excitement may have seemed cute, it could stretch on for hours and hours, becoming increasingly tiring after a while. For residents who value their peace and quiet, this prolonged disruption during sorority rushing could be a significant drawback to living at Park Central Apartments. Furthermore, a power washing event organized by the management had disastrous consequences, resulting in damage to personal items. The lack of proper communication and warning regarding this event was both frustrating and disappointing. Tenants should be given ample notice and clear instructions to protect their belongings. One notable aspect worth mentioning is the frequent turnover of management from the Prometheus Group. Despite this, Alfonzo consistently provided friendly and helpful assistance, which was a bright spot in an otherwise tumultuous experience. In conclusion, Park Central Apartments had its fair share of issues that made it difficult to fully enjoy my stay. The aggressive deposit practices, early morning disruptions, and the problematic power washing event were all significant drawbacks. Additionally, the persistent noise and inadequate response to neighbor concerns created further challenges. While there were some redeeming qualities, it's clear that improvements are needed to make Park Central a more comfortable and tenant-friendly living environment. after posting this review they called me and addressed some of my concerns. I am raising my review because of this"

"My fiancé and I have been living here for almost a full year now, and we are so happy here. The apartments are beautiful, modern, and cozy. I love our balcony and the nice view of the pool and surrounding nature. Every time we walk around this apartment complex, we feel peaceful and calm because of all the beautiful trees and greenery. I'd also like to thank Pedro, the maintenance worker, who has helped us fix a few things around the apartment. They made the system flawless; submit a request for maintenance, and he shows up very quickly to fix it. He's very courteous, and all the staff/other maintenance workers are similarly courteous and helpful."
