"I doordashed here once and got creepy vibes. I was walking to my customer's door while some older white guy who looked like a crackhead was behind me. He was trying to get into the elevator but the elevator door had already opened before I was able to get to my customer's door. Instead of going in the elevator he stared at me waiting for me to go in the elevator with him. After dropping off the order I knew I had to get him away from me so I stepped one foot into the elevator to which he followed while deviously grinning at me and as soon as he was fully in the elevator I told him “I forgot something” as I sped walked away looking for a staircase. At the top of the staircase I seen homeless people with sleeping bags. From that point on I made sure I never picked up an order for a Hillview Apt resident again lmao. It’s funny because the lobby of this apartment complex seems so safe as even security were laughing and having good conversations. I would’ve never thought they had crackhead activities going on"

"For the most part in whole it's a pretty cool place to live. It is ranked for high needs mental and health service. They have an in house drug and alcohol counselor for harm reduction. Plus they have several other types of liazons to help us with things or assist in helping the clients who live here to the resources that may be needed. They have a huge computer room w/ an actually working printar that never seems to run out of in. A medical clinic comes once a month so we can recieve medical care for those who struggle w/ making and keeping appointments either due to transportation or mental health reasons. And the human society comes once a month to assist in the care of our pet check up or shots any other worry our fur babiez might have. The problems are only 2 working washing machines on the first floor. When in actuality because of our high needs and physical disablities alot of people have here the should reasonably have at least 2 washers per floor, They have a garbage room on ever floor, They too should be better equipped for our laundry needs which are maxed at full price $2.50 TO wash and $2.00 to dry. Approximately 200 residential and 2 washing machines? Thatz crazy. It's already a daunting task if your on the 3rd floor but when the elevator breaks which it often does its even harder. Once the elevator was broken for 3 weeks. I was unable to do my laundry. I couldn't get my bike or scooter upstairs or down. I felt totally trapped there. I am disabled and don't have a knee cap making normal mobility a little challenging and with a broken elevator for 3 weeks, wow... really really difficult. Imagine no knee cap trying to climb the stairs 3 flights with groceries, water, laundry and a bike. Very difficult. Last but not least I am greatful for a place to live and this place is giving me a chance to regain some traction."

"It all started taking my cat” poppas out to go pee&meet maybe a new friend and next thing a lady by the name “ jazmine a employee fr abode housing takes it upon herself to take people’s cats to the humane society &then Ignore the whole situation didn’t have the reciet number you need to find ur cat! Mind you all this whole time every employee that works in the white trailer in back of 1000 hill view ct Milpitas ca. Thought it is all funny knowing without that number she had I cannot get my poppas back in time before he gets adopted out well he was adopted out so then on Friday the 29 of January upon arriving at the hillview apts I turned on my video recording as my 6th witness that I never did or say anything to anyone the whole time there. Well not only did they ignore me knocking at the door they called the police and told them false information hoping that I would wind up in jail I cannot believe how every employee that works at the white trailer in back can get away with this whole thing “ all of their behaviors are certainly not to help any of us homeless folks I am gonna get a lawyer for this hurtful pain & shame on me GOR no resl reason at all this isn’t right watch my video and to have law enforcement come at me with guns &assault riffles"
