"We’ve been living in our apt for almost 18 years ever since buckingham property management took over their super strict so ridiculous that you can’t even leave your dirty pair of shoes outside your front door. Can’t even have a dish satellite in your balcony, we’ve had that in our balcony for years now already had permission from other managers. We had dish for so long for a reason it’s not expensive like comcast and are manager keeps pushing towards that. Comcast are liars promise you one price every month but change it to something even more expensive and management can’t seem to understand that especially how everything is going up they have no heart. Oh and every time a new manager comes in they wanna raise the rent. The property can’t have a stable manager stay we keep having problems every time a new manager comes in. you can’t have nothing that they can see in your balcony like why ? It bothers them so much. They worry about the wrong freaking things they should worry and pay attention more to inside the apartments everything is old nothing has been replaced. They can’t even fix the lights outside and it gets pitch black and makes it easy for robbers to break into cars, can’t even fix our gate that’s been broken for almost 2 years. My dad has asthma and needs to have the Carpets changed every 2 years already given a note and nothing. But they wanna worry about little things they can see in the balcony ? They are so quick to come and leave you a letter but aren’t quick to fix things that need to be fixed. Gotta fix stuff yourself or add anything new since like I said everything is old. Sucks that we can leave due to finances but I wouldn’t recommend living here explore your options still before you decide to wanna live here ( park apartments)"
