"Simple. Overpriced Projects. The night activity is a catastrophe. The walls are thin as paper. The insulation is terrible. Several code violations to add to the file. Something is always broken and maintenance takes days maybe weeks to show up. They also are very inconsiderate that people actually live here and this is not just a job site, meaning the 6am-7am wake up call from the landscapers are one thing but the 8am banging of hammers with no heads-up is unsettling ( today for example).Water has been shut off without warning. And you literally have to stay on top of management for them to get anything taken seriously enough. It’s just overall not worth your hard earned money. ( and residents by the way of these reviews, keep all your documentation)"

"I give this place 0 stars because the lack of communication is crazy. And they lie!!! I checked my maintenance requests. They said they fixed my patio. No one ever even came to look at it. However, its marked as completed in my maintenance history. I have called numerous times, and no one ever answers the phone. I tried to give notice no one answered. I tried to set up my walk through, no answer. I turned in my keys no manager was available. But i was informed they were having a party on site. I called the regional manager no answer. This company in my opinion is horrible. PLEASE FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO LIVE."

"I moved in Kirker creek in March 2023 since moving in my first month my sons room had to get walls torn down because of a leak which lead to mold I was told that this apartment was newly renovated hence why I am charged $2800 monthly. I was frustrated because I had just decorated my sons entire room but tried to be understanding of the situation, i went on vacation to go visit my family and was unable to enjoy it and had to return early because where my washer and dryer unit is there was a bubble in my wall full of water my master bedroom bathroom was leaking I came back early because I did not want anyone entering my home without me being home I agreed because what other choice did I have and after they sent someone to check it out AGAIN more walls had to get torn down because of MOLD I am extremely disappointed and regretting my decision ever moving here it has been problem after problem. My upstairs neighbors moved out about a month after I moved in and I feel like these apartments that they are saying are fully renovated, super clean and brand new appliances are RUSHED work. When I moved into my apartment I noticed they just painted over dirt on walls and over mold. new upstairs neighbors are having to get the same exact work done to their apartment also and they just moved in I’m extremely frustrated at this point because I should not have been able to move into this apartment that had so many issues at this rate I’m charged monthly no one in management has contacted me back about my concerns. This is very upsetting to me, I’m frustrated, I haven’t had the opportunity to even enjoy my new home because I’ve had strangers coming in and out since moving in MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE. I lived in my previous apartment for 6 years and NEVER had issues like this. These people do not care and will put you and your family in unsafe conditions I’m worried that the entire structure of the unit im in could be contaminated with mold I am unable to wash and dry any laundry and I’m a nurse I’m forced to go to the laundry Matt I order to clean my scrubs for work. This is the WORST decision I’ve ever made was moving here"
