"I lived here for two years. Within six months they went up on rent. Then next year the same. I had to get so much fix in my apartment I gave up. They wouldn’t work with me when I got sick regarding to rent and been fighting roaches till my last day there."

"They don’t deserve any star. The staff manager is soo soo rude. Everyday you get high, every people lives here do smoke every hours. And there is a lot of roaches and bedbugs and the parking also so bad. Nothing is good in here (woods grove) if u r reading my review dear plz go dor somewhere else or put 100-200$ more to get a better one. T"

"Application was wrongfully denied which lead to my application being denied to another property affiliated with them. They put my number in their system wrong so never received any phone calls, then when I did call to check on my application I was told it was denied due to a balance being owed I said no I paid that balance and it shows up as being paid. Said I would receive a call back gave them my number still nothing. Finally went to my old apartments with whom I wanted to rent back from she looked up my info and it showed balance was PAID. So because they lied I can’t rent from 2 apartments affiliated with that rental company."

"It’s the roaches for me. When I say kill one 2 pop back up I mean it. Walk through was fine but I found 2 dead roaches in my tub when I moved in first day & they always popped out through out the year I stayed here every other day. I’m a clean person to btw. Parking is horrible. Heater never worked nobody ever came to fix it other than that it was alright."

"I lived here from March 15, 2018 to January 3, 2019. The apartment itself was fine, but the Roaches and bedbugs.... So literally after me and my friend signed our lease the manager at the time, Brandon, says "Oh and previous tenant had a bad problem with bugs"... I asked, "like roaches"? he said, yes. Okay, so i move in my room is fine... Rest of the house... No roaches. Then all of a sudden about 2 weeks later i see random ones here and there. I would just kill them and figured OK the apartment isn't infested just spray them whenever i see one. NOOOOO!!!! more and more started coming out. Like every two months we had to empty out our kitchen cabinets ( which fxcking sucked) and anything in cabinets and around baseboard. Neighbors always complained about us making noise, even lying saying we would be up late moving around furniture! But that wasn't even true, we sometimes would have just walked in the door and set our purses and kids down then a knock at the door from security about noise complaint! Parking is a joke! but i get it that is how it was designed and there wasn't really any other alternative other then park in neighborhood a block over. ONLY POSITIVE ABOUT THIS COMPLEX IS THE RENOVATIONS TO THE LIGHTING, COMPLETE KITCHEN AND BATHROOM UPGRADE!!! AND RENT IS AFFORDABLE COMPARED TO ANY PLACE ELSE! AND NEW MANAGER IS PRETTY NICE AND UNDERSTANDING. ALTHOUGH SOME OF THE MATERIALS ARE CHEAP AND NEEDED FIXING, GETTING SOMEONE TO COME IS IMPOSSIBLE BECAUSE COMPANY WHO DID THE WORK NEEDED TO COME AND FIX? WAITED 6 MONTHS AND NOTHING!"
