"Beware, the rent here can change every minute - waste of time. Booked a same day tour for 1 PM at 9:30 AM in morning and was quoted a price on phone. Took off early from work for the tour but when I reached there they told me that the rent has now increased by $200. Rebecca knew the price quoted in the morning and agreed to help but got denied by the management. They couldn’t even value the quoted price for the same day :( Update: I agree that prices change "DAILY" but this was same day change and that too just during our tour. The additional offer provided was $1000 off look and lease but still keeping the base rent up by $200 – that is not worth it when the rent went up by $200/month during our tour"

"Management doesn't care about the apartment. The elevator is broken. hallways are always dirty. Homeless people go in and out of the buildings with no problem. The doors are always open. There are thieves in the apartment complex. My laptop was stolen from my apartment. and several of my amazon packages were stolen from Infront of my apartment."

"Very satisfied with my 2.5 years of stay! Overall, the community is kept clean and quite neighbors. As for the noise, maybe because I was facing the opposite side of the street (El Camino Real), it was really quite throughout the day and night. I can barely hear car noise from outside. It was perfect for WFH situation. Don’t know about the units facing the street…which I saw few reviews saying the noise was fairly noticeable. Maintenance guy, I believe the name was Carlos? (Apologies if I have your name wrong haha). He was SUPER nice and always greet you with a smile and he was able to take care our requests within 24 hours. Management was also plus on my end, they would always reply to my email with 24 hours and very friendly. I would randomly visit the office, and someone was always there to assist. I saw couple of reviews regarding the fire alarm going off time to time which of course, no one will appreciate it. However, during my 2.5 years, I encountered 3 times and honestly, it wasn’t too bad, meaning it wasn’t too often but the alarm itself is pretty damn loud, not ganna lie. The alarm went off for about 20-30 mins. If it’s a TEST session, they do let us know ahead so we are not surprised. I had a wonderful time here and only reason I am moving out is due to my work location. I will be moving closer to my work."

"I have had the worst experience from the management team here. On multiple occasions, we had requests from the management team which was never acknowledged. We were supposed to get referral cheque but never got one. My bike got stolen and there was no action taken. The person who sits in the leasing office has no professional ethics and he doesn't seem to care at all. For my neighbor, packages are getting lost. Still no action. For the move out charges, I have been charged the entire security deposit despite keeping my apartment in the best condition. Bumped the rating as the Management addressed my issues. They issued the referral cheque and also move-out expenses. Thanks Hui Ho."

"Update: Finally Ran away from the hell that was #368. This place by far was the worst place I lived in. I can not be happier now that I am out. Keep away from this place. My neighbors is running havoc on top of my head every night. And the management does not do anything since there is no "Right to quiet enjoyment" in the contract. Definitely google "Right to quiet enjoyment" before signing any home contract. Also, I think you should not call the apartments "luxury" if you do not uphold enjoyable life in it. Just saying."
