"I'm super thankful for Kin help. I already lived here near a year. And I transferred my unit to a bigger one. But there's some system problem for the parcel pending. And I can't receive my parcel code since I moved in the new home. I've been to leasing to ask for the help, but, it failed in the first two times. Finally, Kin helped me to figure it out, and helped me find out the "lost" packages. Thankful for her patience and professional."

"Been a resident here for just over a month and wanting to share some of my positive experiences! Firstly, move in was super smooth. Got my keys and was in the building within 15 minutes, the place was clean and was close to my designated parking spot so unloading was not difficult. Had some issues with my mail key and the leasing office was super helpful, they cut new keys for me on walk in to help get me setup within the hour. The community printer was having some issues so I went directly to the leasing office to get some stuff printed. Three visits and each time I was helped quickly as I was in quite a rush at those times. Residents are pleasant and haven't had any noise/smell issues like I have heard/had with other apartments in the past. I wanted to highlight especially the staff I worked with across these issues. Kimberly, Mirella, and Fatima were all incredibly pleasant and helpful across my many visits. The community/marketplace is great and I really enjoy living here. It's a nice walk over to the marketplace from the farthest building and everything is well kept."
