"Do not rent go somewhere else and spend your hard-earned money. The management are like robots and have been trained to try and make you think that the repairs or issues that are affecting your family does not exist. Management interacts with tenants with the passive aggressive behavior making excuses and will tell you that you're complaining when the tenant is just asking for repairs. The Maintenace workers and third-party vendors enter into unit without 24 hours notices and will lie and tell the tenant call the police you have robbed. All the time the workers have enter into unit illegal. I still trying to figure out why they only enter into SINGLE WOMEN houses? They have on 24 hours towing company that takes cars creating a narrative that resident was illegal parked. Tenant are allowed to smoke tobacco and Marijuana, and it go into others unit by way of vents causing sickness. The management refused to enforce leasing violating ADA American Disability Act. There is a saying do not believe the hype also they do not make repairs. only on their term and that NEVER... The employees of a company should never have to treat tenant BAD to stay employed. Run! run, as fast as you can...."
"I lived in this community when it was new in 2000. I see it has a new name and hope that it has new management to boot because it was one of my worst rental experiences in my life. Even nearly 20 years later it still holds that place. Although there is now a close contender in second place."
