Four Points by Sheraton Pleasanton

"I have been staying at this hotel off and on for 20 years. It has always been decent. But after today. NO MORE!!! I’ve always enjoyed the pool. And the greenery cannot be exceeded. Should not be the reason for future stays. Today one of the staff told me the rooms are done. Really!!?? And the construction. This has been going on for quite some time. It’s an excuse. I tried to use my Free Room Stay. Couldn’t do that. My grandchildren enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. That’s was the highlight. But I’m sure I can find another hotel with those amenities. I’m going to miss this place but I don’t think there’s a comeback in the near future. Too many other BonV properties nearby to explore. It’s a Sheraton by name alone. Don’t be fooled."

"One of the most unsafe hotel to stay. If your a female please please don't stay here. For me, I travelled for work and stayed here . They are undergoing construction and lobby stinks but that was least of my concern. Multiple incidents happen and it has completely traumatized me. On tuesday I checked in at 10 pm and the front desk gave me a room I believe was 203. Someone was already staying in. I was able to use the card key and get in .. OMG !! Just today Feb 29th someone entered my room and I was about to change and get ready for work. I freaked out. Wifi was not working. The front desk lady name Sham ( I dont know if that was her true name as she didn't have any badge on her) was extremely rude. I was suppose to checkout tomorrow March 1st but I just left as I was scared to go to the lobby and checkout even. I am honestly Shaken from the incident. Even while writing this review, I have tears in my eyes. This business has some audacity to charge my card twice. Someone has mentioned it in the review. This happened to me after the horrible customer experience. I have open a case with Sheraton. Hopefully they will do something."

"Be aware that this hotel is under construction. Finding the entrance was difficult , the room keys do not work, no hot water , no enough stuff members , ladies at the front desk are so nice and they are trying so hard to exceed customer satisfaction. I do feel bad for them , is obvious that they are dealing with a lot since the place is the process of remodeling. My favorite part is the location , there is several nice quit places to eat around and low traffic. Rooms were cleaned enough , hopefully the remodeling is done soon because this place has a lot of potential."

"Room was nice enough and the bed was very comfortable. No complaints there. On our first night, we returned after 10 PM and out key cards didn't work. So we went to the front desk and asked for new keys. No problem. Then we asked if there was a more direct route to our building instead of walking all the way around the complex. There were a bunch of kids in the lobby running and yelling and we had to ask the front desk to repeat herself multiple times as we couldn't hear over the kids. She made a real bad joke about exiting to the left and just walking around the complex. After a long day out, her humor wasn't appreciated. She gave us about three other options before finally giving us the most direct route. On both nights, we returned to find water spray on the toilet and water on the floor next to the toilet like someone hadn't closed the shower curtain. As I'm fairly certain there was no one in our room while we weren't there, there must be some sort of plumbing issue. That was more annoying than anything else. I don't know if I'd stay here again."

"Good value and looking forward to the renovation to be complete. Very nice setting with relaxing water running throughout the property and a nice pool. The rooms are satisfactory and hoping to get an upgrade at some point in the future. Disappointed the lounge/restaurant is not open as I always enjoy a four points breakfast platter and a drink before bed. TV could be larger and a preview channel or guide would be nice."
