"Giving these 5 stars to the amazing and friendly staff at Hacienda Commons. I went this weekend for a tour and just got the best treatment. Valeria was just so nice, professional and welcoming, I believe it was her first week there and was so good already. Cheryl Was very knowledgeable as well. Still making my decision over what size unit I want to apply for. Properly looks amazing, everything is close by and great schools. These girls in the office are good sales persons. Can’t wait to move in!"

"We are truly saddened moving out from Hacienda Commons. If not because of our personal reason we wont leave there. From management up to maintenance personnel everyone are friendly, accommodating since day 1 to last. Everyone are very hands-on making sure the place to be safe, clean and a great community. Neighbors are very friendly and welcoming. one even helped us when we had emergency. We never encountered during our more than a year of stay what negative reviews are saying to them. The place is full of positivity, great amenities and location too. We had a great memories staying there."

"Very uncomfortable customer interaction from the staff at leasing office. I changed my mind staying at this community, just because of their disrespectful nature. I’ve been living in Pleasanton for the past 5 years. I’ve been to various leasing offices in Pleasanton and Dublin during apartment hunt for my friends and myself, but never experienced such disrespectful attitude. There is no need to deal with such inconvenient experiences when you are looking to stay safe and peaceful. Pleasanton is a great place, and a lot of nice people to deal with. I’d pass this at any cost."
