"Attention to the new tenants , Please be careful to Manager Irene, They are doing tricky businesses We were there over a year, even we knew by California law , we don’t have to do deep cleaning when we move , we did it just because we don’t wanna do argue with manager Irene, and they still took over 100 from our deposit, we will go to court and took our money back even is just 100 something, . Just because of that please be careful about paperwork, also I try to reach to big management, but she not share information because she know I will report everything to them, she rent empty apartment for a week and months under table but no one’s know, hopefully big management can call me back here, then I will explain what she did with all proof and witnesses"
