"Their maintenance guy, Evan, is the best maintenance guy you can ask for. He came to fix my sink stopper and did it almost immediately after I submitted my work order and on top of that he noticed my kitchen garbage disposal wasn’t working properly (which I’ve been having problems with for 6 months now) and he fixed it in the same work order with no hesitation."

"I haven't been living here long but I would definitely give this place 5 stars. The neighborhood is nice and clean and I am always seeing workers make the grounds look better. The neighbors are so welcoming and nice. If you are looking for a nice dog friendly community with great people. I would suggest living here."
